What an agile board actually needs
Most boards drift into a to-do list with three columns and no rules. The ones a team keeps using share a few things, all of which this template starts with:
- A backlog that is separate from the sprint, so committing to work is a deliberate act rather than a drag.
- Columns that match your real flow — To do, In progress, In review, UAT, Done — not a generic three.
- A work-in-progress limit per column. This is the single change that makes a board reduce chaos instead of displaying it.
- An estimate on each card, in points or days, so the sprint has a size and "are we going to make it" has an answer.
- One owner per card, and a status that changes when the work does, not at stand-up the next morning.
- A definition of done written on the board itself — here, a UAT column somebody has to sign off.

Can I change the columns and fields?
That is the point of building it rather than renting it. Describe the columns, the WIP limits, the fields on a card or the sign-off steps you want and the board updates, including the database behind it.
Can I see a burndown?
Ask for one and Mythex adds a chart over the sprint's remaining points, reading the same data the board writes.
